Laura, 41, lives in Bridgend with her husband, two children and a dog.  A mental health worker for over 16 years, first in charities then founding her own successful business supporting businesses, community groups and individuals with mental health training, support and mindfulness.  We are thrilled to welcome Laura to the South Wales ONE team!
